Patrick O’Neill Founder
Patrick O’Neill is the founder of Camber Hospitality Consulting, an experience-driven hospitality and real estate advisory firm working with restaurant operators, hospitality groups, and development partners.
Patrick brings an operator-led perspective shaped by more than two decades of founding, owning, partnering in, and managing hospitality businesses across a wide range of formats. He is a founder and former Managing Partner of Avanti Food & Beverage, where he played a central role in the development, growth, and operation of all three locations. In that role, Patrick worked across concept development, tenant mix, operations, programming, and partnerships — helping build Avanti into a nationally recognized hospitality platform.
Beyond Avanti, Patrick has held ownership and partnership positions in multiple independent hospitality outlets, contributing to their development, launch, and ongoing management. His experience includes hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, financial oversight, staffing and leadership structure, vendor strategy, and guest-experience execution across food, beverage, and nightlife-driven concepts.
Earlier in his career, Patrick co-founded and grew a healthy fast-casual restaurant brand, overseeing concept development, operations, and expansion before successfully exiting the business. He also began his hospitality career owning and operating a nightclub and live music venue — an experience that shaped his understanding of high-volume operations, bar programming, event-driven revenue, staffing dynamics, and experiential design.
Across these ventures, Patrick has worked through the full lifecycle of hospitality projects — from early concept and site feasibility through opening, stabilization, and long-term optimization. He has collaborated closely with chefs, beverage directors, designers, architects, contractors, and development teams, aligning creative vision with operational and financial realities.
Through Camber Hospitality Consulting, Patrick applies this experience to help clients navigate complexity: entering new markets, evaluating and selecting sites, aligning lease terms with operational performance, coordinating design and construction teams, building scalable operational systems, and assembling the right network of specialists to execute efficiently.
Patrick is known for a pragmatic, collaborative approach that balances creative ambition with operational discipline. He works comfortably with first-time founders, multi-unit restaurant groups, and real estate developers alike — serving as a strategic partner who understands both the realities of daily operations and the demands of growth.
Based in Colorado, Patrick supports hospitality projects locally and nationally, with a focus on concepts that prioritize experience, operational clarity, and long-term performance.
